Abstract:

THE SHOW GOES ON: The love was at the High Altitude Trombone Quartet's "High Altitude Gershwin" concert on Sunday. A near- capacity crowd packed into Packard Hall at Colorado College, despite the absence of guest soloist Wycliffe Gordon (Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra) due to travel troubles. The Pikes Peak Jazz & Swing Society is donating the $1,000 fee that would have been paid to Gordon to disaster relief.
